On the afternoon of January 24th, Xiamen k-life Sports Co., Ltd. organized its employees and members to participate in a "Healthy Weekend - Dynamic Climbing" themed mountain climbing activity at Tianzhu Mountain's West Gate. This event aimed to combine indoor Spin Bike training with outdoor climbing exercises, and through various fitness methods, help participants build a strong physique and implement the company's philosophy of "Sports Change Life" of K-lifesport.




At around 2 p.m., nearly 15 employees and fitness members of K-lifesport gathered at the west gate of Tianzhu Mountain. As an enterprise specializing in the research and promotion of indoor fitness equipment, K-lifesport regards Spin Bike as its core training program. However, this time's choice of outdoor climbing activities reflects the company's emphasis on the concept of comprehensive fitness. The event organizer stated: "Spin Bike can effectively enhance the heart and lung function and lower limb strength, while outdoor climbing can exercise the overall coordination of the body and strengthen the core muscles. The combination of the two can build a more comprehensive physical quality."
During the climbing process, the participants walked up along the Tianzhu Mountain Trail. Although the mountain path was steep, everyone encouraged each other and looked out for one another, fully demonstrating the spirit of teamwork. Many members who usually trained on Spin Bikes indoors said that the experience of outdoor climbing was completely different. Not only did they breathe in fresh air, but they also felt the coordinated exertion of all the muscles in their bodies, which was significantly helpful for building physical endurance.




After about 2 hours of climbing, all the personnel successfully reached the summit. On the summit platform, the company also organized a brief fitness knowledge sharing session. Professional coaches gave a live demonstration on how to combine Spin Bike training with outdoor sports science, and explained the targeted effects of different exercise methods on building muscles in various parts of the body.
The person in charge of K-life Sports Co., Ltd. stated that they will continue to organize such outdoor activities in the future, enabling more fitness enthusiasts to move from indoors to outdoors and achieving physical and mental health through diversified exercise methods.
