In the production workshop of K-lifesport in Xiamen, the story of the birth of sports equipment is played out every day. Today's production line stars are the K58010 and P90111 series of exercise bikes - and their "companions" (air bikes, elliptical machines, curved treadmills, etc.) are also being formed simultaneously on various production lines in the workshop with the same high standards of craftsmanship.
On the conveyor belt, the body of K58010 has undergone the initial packaging. The transparent film and the cardboard box wrapping serve as the "protective suit" for the product before it leaves the factory. The workers are installing handles and adjusting pedals for K58010 - every alignment of each component, every tightening of each screw, corresponds to the precise fit of the "magnetic resistance system" and the "multi-directional adjustment structure" (this is also the core advantage of K-lifesport spin bike). And right next to this production line, the same standard elliptical machine is also undergoing linkage assembly. The same "low-noise transmission + ergonomic design" is the unified DNA of Kangbifu products.
On the "accessories line" in Figure 4-6, the flywheel and bracket of P90111 are being orderly assembled: As the workers' wrenches rise and fall, they not only ensure the stability of the frame's load-bearing capacity (suitable for 150kg + users), but also lay the foundation for the subsequent "silent riding experience". Meanwhile, on the other side of the workshop, the non-powered treadmill production line is conducting tension adjustment for the running belt; in the fan vehicle's fan blade assembly area, one can also see the same level of concentration - from the spin bike to diverse equipment， "Survival through Quality" is the motto of every member of K-lifesport.
