Figures 1-3 illustrate the production site of the K29150 series products. In the spacious and bright modern workshop, skilled technicians are meticulously assembling the products. From the precise cutting of components to the perfect assembly of the entire machine, every step strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system standards.
Material Preparation and Processing: The production process begins with the procurement of raw materials. All materials undergo strict quality inspections, including physical properties, chemical composition, and environmental protection standards. The metal sheets and pipes are cut and disassembled using a CNC laser cutting machine, ensuring that the size of each part matches the design drawings precisely. The bending process uses a self-developed reference mold system for bending, and a strict database of bending parameters is established to ensure that each product of the same model maintains a completely consistent bending arc.
Welding and Grinding: The welding process combines mechanical welding with manual re-welding to ensure uniformity of the core weld seams. Experienced welders perform secondary re-welding on critical areas such as stress points and irregular connections. After welding, each weld seam and each edge is progressively ground to remove weld scars and burrs, ensuring that each precision component fits perfectly.
Surface treatment: After seven rounds of water washing and pre-treatment processes, the coating is ensured to be firmly attached and resistant to rust. The electrostatic powder coating is carried out in a dust-free workshop, allowing the powder to be evenly adsorbed. Then, it is subjected to 190℃ high-temperature curing to form the coating. This layer of outer cover is highly hard, has strong adhesion, and possesses corrosion resistance, ensuring that it does not fade or peel off during daily use.
Assembly and Debugging: The assembly process is carried out in accordance with standardized SOPs to ensure that the tightening force of every screw is precisely up to standard. After assembly, the equipment enters the testing area for authenticity simulation tests to ensure that the stability and safety are free of any flaws. The K29150 series uses high-strength alloy materials, optimizes the transmission system design, and adds intelligent display functions to monitor the movement data in real time.
Figure 4-5 depicts the production process of the P10257 series products. This series has undergone multiple innovative upgrades based on the original technology, including the adoption of an electromagnetic control resistance system, precise resistance adjustment, and the ability to freely control the movement intensity.
For fitness equipment containing electronic components, such as the motor and display of the exercise bike, the wiring needs to be correctly connected. After the connection is completed, a preliminary test is conducted to ensure the normal operation of the electronic components. The P10257 series is equipped with an intelligent display screen, which can display real-time data such as exercise time, speed, distance, and calorie consumption, and supports multiple exercise mode selections.
Quality inspectors conduct rigorous tests on each finished product, from the warehousing of raw materials to the manufacturing of the final product. The entire process is traceable. The tests include aspects such as appearance inspection, performance testing, and safety testing. Only products that have passed strict inspections and are qualified can be released for sale, fully demonstrating Kang Bai Fu Sports' unwavering pursuit of quality.
