Today, we will present the manufacturing process of the K29164 and K22637 series products through real footage from the production line. From the assembly of precision components to the debugging of the complete machine, each step carries our commitment to quality, and also connects the core product lines of our company - fan bikes, elliptical machines, exercise bikes and power-free treadmills - sharing the same craftsmanship genes.
Figure 1 illustrates the assembly process of the K29164 series frame. Workers are tightening screws and calibrating the structure of the frame to ensure that the vehicle body remains stable under long-term high-load usage. This emphasis on the basic structure is also reflected in our company's non-powered treadmill frame welding process - both share the same set of steel stress testing standards, with safety being the top priority.
Figure 2 shows a close-up view of the resistance system installation. Workers hold tools and precisely adjust the magnetic resistance control module, which is the core of the smooth movement experience of the exercise bike. Similar technical logic is also applied to the balance adjustment of the fan blades in our company's fan vehicles, achieving efficient and low-noise operation through precise calibration.
Figure 3 shows the integration of the vehicle's circuitry and the exterior assembly. Beside the "SPIN BIKE" logo, workers meticulously arrange the sensor circuits to ensure precise responses for resistance adjustment and data display. This pursuit of the stability of the electrical system is also an important part of the development of the elliptical machine's intelligent control panel.
Figure 4 shows the final debugging and quality inspection. Each bicycle has undergone multiple dynamic tests to simulate real riding scenarios. The packaging boxes placed in the background are about to be dispatched to users worldwide, symbolizing the quality confidence of K-lifesport products as they move from the workshop to the global market.
Figure 5 depicts the scene of batch assembly of the vehicle frame. The black vehicle frames neatly arranged on the assembly line are installed with the flywheel and transmission system by the workers' collaboration, demonstrating efficient coordination. A similar production mode is also applied to the fan vehicle motor assembly line, enhancing the overall production capacity through process standardization.
In Figure 6, workers are installing adjustable seats and multi-functional handles. Ergonomics design has always been the core feature of Kangbafu products - whether it's the seat angle of the spinning bike or the stride track of the elliptical machine, they are all developed based on the same set of human movement data to accommodate users of different heights and body types.
Figure 7 shows the assembly of local precision components. Workers use specialized tools to install brake pads and bearings, ensuring quiet operation and durability during cycling. This focus on details is also present in the jointing process of the running belt of the non-powered treadmill, ensuring a user experience with millimeter-level precision.
Figure 8 shows the final inspection before packaging. The quality inspector checks each item of the product against the specifications. In the background, the stacked finished products are about to be stored. All products of K-lifesport from exercise bikes to elliptical trainers - follow the same multi-level quality inspection process to ensure zero defects upon leaving the factory.
