In the production workshop of Xiamen K-lifesport, every air bike, elliptical machine and spin bike is born with the brand's original intention of "attaining quality dedication and empowering sports". Today, the products being produced are the K29164 and PS1995 series.
At the starting point of the production line, the framework of K29164 has begun to take shape. The black main body is complemented by metal components, resembling "active companions" waiting to be awakened; workers move between workstations, just as we meticulously inspect every welding point when polishing the exercise bikes, each step demonstrating a "zero-error" level of concentration.
On the shelves of the assembly line, the core components of K29164 are neatly arranged, from the handlebars to the transmission parts, all having undergone pre-sorting and quality inspection - this is consistent with the "pre-production control" logic we employ when manufacturing elliptical machines, preventing problems from occurring before assembly.
The semi-finished K29164 can already be seen to have the rudimentary structure of the fan, just as it will look when delivered to users: capable of handling high-intensity training in the gym and also allowing for more efficient movement through a precise resistance system.
The workers are installing the core components of PS1995. The movements beneath their gloves are steady and precise - this is our assembly standard that we have followed for many years. Just like the adjustment of the elliptical machine's track, the position of each part must be in line with ergonomics.
The assembled PS1995 reveals its signature blue and black color scheme, which not only conforms to the texture of commercial fitness scenarios but also continues the "durable + aesthetic" gene of Kangbafu products.
The PS1995 assembled at the assembly line are lined up in a neat queue. From semi-finished products to finished products awaiting inspection, they are about to go to gyms and homes around the world along with Kangbafu's fan cars and elliptical machines - this is the most fulfilling scene in the workshop, and it is also the realization of the brand promise of "making exercise more accessible".
