At the second-line assembly workstation shown in Figure 1, workers are concentrating on adjusting the fan components - this is the core part of the fan car achieving "dynamic wind resistance", just as we are meticulous in polishing the precision of the elliptical machine track, every connection must match the "commercial-grade durability" standard.
The K29159 series on the production line are already taking shape, with the black and white color design of the air ducts not only considering the heat dissipation efficiency but also continuing the "practicality + aesthetics" design concept of K-lifesport products, forming a unified brand style with the visual texture of the exercise bikes.
PY6060 Series: The Whole Process from Assembly to Delivery
The PY6060 is a best-selling model of K-lifesport's exercise bikes, and its production chain fully presents the brand's quality control system:
the framework of the PY6060 has been completed, and workers are using professional tools to calibrate the transmission components - this step's precision directly affects the smoothness of the user's riding, just like the adjustment of the running belt of an unpowered treadmill, it is a concrete manifestation of "user experience priority".In the packaging section shown in Figure 5, boxes with the label "SPORT TECH BIKE" are neatly arranged, about to be sent to the global market.
