To continuously enhance product competitiveness and deepen supply chain cooperation, and to promote our company's culture of pursuing excellence, on January 4, 2026, under the leadership of the vice president of the business department, the business team of K-Lifesport Sports Co., Ltd. visited Xiamen Jin'en Plastic (Board) Co., Ltd., an important partner, to conduct an in-depth and practical study and exchange on the production process and quality management of the "protective cover", a key component of our core product Spin Bike. Through on-site observation and communication, the team gained a deeper understanding of lean production and quality control, and reaped rich rewards.

Entering the production workshop of Jin En Plastic Factory, one is greeted by a neatly organized production scene. The team first observed the initial shaping and processing of the protective covers. On the workbench, various sizes of semi-finished black and white protective covers were placed in an orderly manner. They had regular shapes, smooth surfaces, and precise design of holes and grooves at the edges, which were the basis for a perfect fit with the bicycle frame and ensuring stable functionality. The workers, dressed in work uniforms, were guided by clear management boards such as "quota management" and "material costs", and were concentrating on component inspections or manual adjustments, demonstrating the refinement of cost and material management.

In the assembly and quality inspection area, we witnessed a more automated scene. The application of robotic arms and conveyor belts has enhanced efficiency, while the role of the workers has shifted more towards critical quality control. A female worker is concentratingly inspecting every detail of a white protective cover. Next to her are placed "Inspection Instruction Cards" and "Finished Product Process Cards", ensuring that every product that leaves the production line meets the process standards. This "human-machine combination" quality inspection model showcases Jin En's ultimate pursuit of product quality.

One of the key focuses of this learning session was an in-depth understanding of the raw materials and processing techniques used for the protective covers. We observed that the protective covers, depending on the model, utilized different types of plastic materials with varying properties. The factory explained how they controlled the material characteristics from the source to ensure that the finished products had the required strength, toughness, and durability. This also demonstrated their standardized internal logistics management.

What is particularly noteworthy is that during the visit, we witnessed multiple intermediate processes of the protective covers from raw materials to finished products. For instance, some metal molds were used for shaping, and the precise holes and grooves on them directly determined the final form and function of the protective covers. The supplier's emphasis on mold maintenance and adjustment of process parameters is a concrete manifestation of their "meticulousness and meticulousness" work ethic. Every round hole and every texture was meticulously designed to meet the protection, heat dissipation, and installation stability requirements of Spin Bike during its use.

Apart from the specific production processes, the overall production environment and scale of Jin En Plastic Factory also left a deep impression on the team. The workshop layout is compact and efficient, and the large injection molding equipment operates stably, capable of meeting the production needs for large quantities of orders. Standardized material stacking, clear area division, and basic ventilation and cooling facilities together form a standardized manufacturing environment, which provides a strong guarantee for the continuous and stable supply of high-quality products. Through this field study, the business team of Kang Bai Fu not only had a direct understanding of the complete processing chain of Spin Bike protective covers from raw materials to finished products, but also deeply felt the professionalism and rigor of Jin En Plastic Factory in quality management, cost control, and process research.
