Today, our production line is operating at full capacity, working intensively to fulfill the orders and carry out the production process. The two main lines are respectively responsible for the assembly and packaging of the K22627 and K29100 models. Every step is ensuring the smooth launch of the high-quality commercial air bike.
Entering the workshop, the first thing that catches your eye is the orderly running assembly line. On the assembly line, the core components of the air bike are being assembled one by one - from the sturdy metal frame, the marked resistance adjustment lever, to the iconic large fan blades. The workers are concentrating on completing each step of the assembly process. As the core structural component of the assault bike, these metal tube frames need to undergo strict precision checks to ensure a perfect fit during subsequent installation, laying the foundation for the stability of the entire vehicle.




In the finished product assembly area, one after another, the rudimentary commercial air bikes are slowly being rolled off the production line. The large wind wheels, illuminated by the lights, have a matte finish. This is the core component that distinguishes the air bike from traditional bicycles - it achieves stepless speed adjustment through air resistance. Whether it's high-intensity interval training or endurance aerobic training, it can provide users with smooth and controllable resistance feedback. And the assault bike we produce has been further enhanced on this basis. With a stronger welding structure and wear-resistant transmission components, it is perfectly suitable for the high-frequency and high-intensity commercial usage scenarios in gyms.



At the rear end of the production line, the packaging process is also carried out in an orderly manner. Workers are applying protective films to the completed commercial air bikes, installing custom foam corner guards, and then placing them in boxes printed with the brand logo. From frame welding, component pre-installation, to wind wheel debugging and final packaging, each air bike has passed multiple quality inspection checkpoints to ensure that every assault bike delivered to customers can meet the strict standards of commercial use and provide a stable professional training experience.
Looking at the continuous output of finished products on the assembly line, we understand that each commercial air bike that rolls off the line is a commitment to quality and a response to customer trust. Next, these air bikes and assault bikes that have undergone multiple checks will successively enter the packing stage and head to the gyms and studios of customers worldwide, bringing efficient and stable fitness experiences to more users.
