In order to deepen the understanding of the supply chain and enhance the professionalism of product packaging, on January 9th, the vice president of the business department of Xiamen Kangbafu (k-lifesport) Sports Co., Ltd. led the business staff to visit an industry-leading cardboard factory for on-site learning. After arriving at the cardboard factory, Mr. Chen first introduced the production layout of the factory - the entire production process flow from printing to shaping was clear, which not only ensured efficiency but also facilitated quality control. The business team, with curiosity about the packaging process of Spin Bike, officially began the learning process. 

The first stop was the digital printing machine workstation: Mr. Chen explained that this equipment is responsible for printing the patterns and logos on the cardboard, and its advantages are precise colors and flexible small-batch customization, which can meet the brand visual requirements of our Spin Bike packaging. On-site, operators could adjust parameters through the touch screen system, and the cardboard was smoothly transported to the printing area, with a high degree of automation throughout the process. Then, the learning focused on the printing machine (pressing equipment): This equipment mainly completes the pressing lines of the cardboard and the pressing marks before die-cutting - through roller pressing, the cardboard forms the precise creases for subsequent folding, which is one of the core steps to ensure the regularity of cardboard shaping. Mr. Chen emphasized that the load-bearing capacity of Spin Bike packaging is also directly related to the depth and accuracy of this pressing step.

Arriving at the three-pass cutting machine station: This equipment is responsible for cutting the printed and embossed cardboard into the corresponding size for the Spin Bike packaging, and completing the die-cutting of structures such as handles and openings. On-site, the operator can be seen adjusting the template. After passing through the equipment, the cardboard directly presents the unfolded form of the packaging. Mr. Chen added, "The die-cutting accuracy determines the convenience of packaging assembly." 

In the intelligent thin knife machine area, Mr. Chen introduced: This equipment is a cutting tool upgraded in the industry. Compared with traditional knives, the edges of the paper cut by the thin knife are smoother and have less waste. It is especially suitable for the large-sized Spin Bike packaging cardboard cutting, and can effectively control the packaging cost.

The assembled packaging sample of the Spin Bike was displayed on-site: The oversized cardboard, after going through the previous processes, could be completely folded into a box that was suitable for the product, and the handles and other structures were clearly visible. Members of the business department touched the material and examined the load-bearing details on-site, gaining a more intuitive understanding of the actual implementation effect of the packaging.

The final topic covered was the automated conveying and stacking system: Mr. Chen explained that after the paperboard undergoes various processing steps, it is automatically transferred and stacked along the conveyor line. This not only reduces the loss caused by manual handling but also ensures the efficiency of mass production. This part enabled the team to understand the practical implementation method of "packaging supply chain efficiency".
