Work collaboratively to increase speed, and through practice, gain an understanding of the product.

In order to enable the business team to have a deeper understanding of the product details, recently, the business department of k-lifesports Co., Ltd. held a unique assembly competition for model K22611 Spin Bike. All members of the business department transformed into "assembly engineers", promoting learning through the competition and demonstrating their capabilities through collaboration. In the intense and interesting competition, they not only understood the product structure but also honed their team spirit.

On the day of the competition, the 12 members of the business department were divided into 3 groups, with 4 members in each group. When the K22611 packaging boxes, marked with the logo "K-LIFESPORT", were neatly arranged in the center of the venue, the partners who were previously familiar with the business process instantly switched to the "preparation mode" - some studied the component list in advance, some sorted out the assembly logic, and their eyes showed both curiosity about the "unfamiliar field" and the expectation of working together as a team.

"Usually we talk about product specifications and customer demands. Today, we are going to assemble the parts ourselves to create a complete Spin Bike. This is truly 'putting the product in our hearts'!" Before the competition, one team member said with a smile.

As the "start" command was given, the three groups quickly got into their work: some members crouched down to dismantle the packaging and precisely sorted out the components such as the frame, flywheel, and seat cushion; some held tools and precisely aligned the screw holes; and others were responsible for checking the accessories and filling in the gaps in time - the assembly process that originally required professional technicians to operate was, under the collaborative efforts of the business department partners, made to seem smooth and efficient.

There was not much noise in the scene; only the soft sounds of tools and occasional reminders like "pass a wrench" and "align here" could be heard: one group focused on assembling the core components, while others simultaneously sorted out the pipelines; the second group adopted the strategy of "module assembly + centralized assembly", installing the flywheel, pedals, and other small units in advance before combining them; the third group achieved seamless connection, with the previous step just coming to an end, the next action already taking over. From unpacking to the initial appearance of the prototype, the originally unfamiliar assembly steps were quickly "overcome" through teamwork. Everyone's concentration and determination made this competition not only about "completing the task", but also a vivid practice of "team cohesion".

After nearly 40 minutes of intense competition, the three teams successfully completed the assembly of the K22611 model Spin Bike. When the last team adjusted the seat properly, cheers erupted in the venue - the final rankings were determined, but everyone's attention had already been focused on the three brand-new Spin Bikes: "The installation angle of the flywheel is so crucial" "This pipeline layout is more ingenious than we imagined"... From "paper discussions" to "hands-on construction", every detail of the product became "living materials" for the business department's partners when they interacted with customers in the future.

After the competition, everyone gathered around the finished product for a group photo. The smiles in the photos showed both the excitement of "passing the challenge" and the recognition of the team's strength. As the business department's director said: "This competition was about assembly speed, honing team work, and the ultimate goal was to make 'understanding the product' from a slogan become everyone's practical ability - and today, our team has submitted a perfect answer."
